St.Mary's is a mature school with an experienced teaching staff. Our policies have been developed over many years and are constantly refined to cater for changes in the educational environment and society in general. The external school review conducted in 2002 gave the school and its policies a clean bill of health.

The Education Board plays an active role in developing policy by representing the needs of all our communities; children, parents and teaching staff.
